I was working out at a gym for several months with personal training twice weekly. I cut my calories down to between 1600 to 1800 cal a day. I lost nothing. They wanted me to stop eating fruit. I realized that we could not work together. I quiet and I am at the YMCA. Ok here is my question do you think 1800 cal is good? My Bmr is over 2000. I really need to lose some weight. Not only to be healthy and to do more with my kids. But my husband cheated on me last year with my so called best friend. I need some self esteem back! Please help I am so frustrated!
