What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the Y - 40 min on Elliptical and 30 min/weight training
What would I have done differently?
Nothing... I didn't even regret the 1/2 of Hershey bar :bigsmile:

made better food choices and tried to get in some exercise
