New to MyFitnessPal Looking For some Inspiration

Hello, to all. It's funny I didn't buy into the fitness pal thing. But now i've seen so many success stories that I can't help but jump on. I've done so many diets and workout programs. Most were for quick weight loss and it has put me in this position that I'm in today. I use to run the race has the hare but now I want to win like the tortoise. I'm looking for a few good friends that can motivate me and I can do the same for them. I'll see you at the finish line.

  • Welcome to MFP :) I've only been on here for 4 days but I love it already! People are great and keep me motivated, everyone can see what I'm eating so I feel bad if I let them down as well as myself! Good luck :)

    Welcome! I've been on here for a few weeks and have already dropped 3 pounds! It's so easy and simple you'll get the hang of it in no time! The best thing to do is add friends and don't be afraid to seek out advice and encouragement. We're all here for the same reason!

    Welcome, I'm pretty new too, but can definitely offer some motivation, as well as needing some myself! Well done on making the decision to change, it'll feel awesome when you get there!
