Gaming and Exercise

I think the launch of Diablo 3 has completely messed up my exercise habits. At one point, I was working out 5 days a week and now I'm closer to about 1 day a week while I game the rest of the time. I also came down with the flu and I still don't have my strength back yet.
So since May 23rd, I've logged approximately 60 hours playing Diablo after work and on weekends. I realize that if I put that time into exercising, I would be so friggin awesome. (sigh)
Does anyone else have these kind of thoughts?

That's what happened to my husband's best friend. He was going to the gym with hubbie like 4-5x a week. Then as soon as the game launched he just stopped going.
Hubbie and I are making our careers all about fitness so we really can't afford to not go workout, lol.
I did get that way when Skyrim first came out though.0 -
I do my workouts and I also game. Honestly, gaming for me is a stress reliever and something that I enjoy. As such, I see it as being just as beneficial as eating right and working out because it makes me feel better. Gaming is no different then a lot of other hobbies people enjoy (though many people sadly can not see that). Having that down time and that stress relief is good for me mentally and emotionally.0
