Clean eating

For those of you who clean eat or eat minimally processed food: do you find that dairy sends your fat levels (particularly sat fats) soaring? I tend to buy full fat cheese, butter, half & half, etc because it's my understanding that my body processes it better. I, for one, very much enjoy full fat half & half in my coffee... have you ever looked at the ingredient list for fat-free half & half?

My question lies with the saturated fat levels. Should I be more focused on my saturated fats and staying at or under that number?

I thought clean eating would also eliminate or reduce dairy intake...I could be wrong...

Not sure what you mean by "your body processes it better"...? The fats found in most of the foods you listed are not good for you. Unless your talking about healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, etc) then everything else is not gonna help you. Butter...thats a no no. full fat cheese...thats a no no...None of these have healthy fats in them and are only going to work against you. Hope this helps.
