Has anyone tried Jamie Eason's LiveFit Program? I just finished week 1 and am feeling pretty good! I'd love to hear about what others think about or if anyone else is giving it a try. :-)

    I'm doing it now! lol bunches you already know this, but it's going fantastically. It doesn't take that long, I try to stick to the diet as best I can. I really like the lifting plan though. Definitely, definitely try it!
