Any little ladies out there who want to add me feel free too. I'm 4ft 11 inches. I was 9st 12lb (138lb) then went down to 6st 6lb (90lb). I recently went on holiday and got lazy and went back up to 7st 4lb (102lb) so need to get back down to 90lb again.
First time I did it by having a quite low carb diet and high protein. It was 1200 calories with 120g protein, 120g carbs (although I tried to just have 100 or under) and low fat - like 25g or 20g (which I DO NOT recommend! absolutely made me drop weight far too fast and now I do not have much of a bum. . . )
Now Im cutting back my carbs again to under 100g, and my fat is up to 45g now and my protein is at 120g or so.
When I first lost weight I also took T6 tablets for a while. They certainly sped it up, but again If you can take it then thats good but for me really made my heart race and couldnt take them when working out. I also worked out twice a week boxing.
Hope this helps some way. I need to loose again so i think im gonna drop my calories and perhaps try raspberry ketones as a supplement.0
