Hi im daryl my start weight was 22st, iv lost 2 stone in 3 weeks my next weight in is this thursday (which will be 6 weeks) i cant wait to see my new weight, my friend told me about this site said would help me so thought why not might as well give it ago seems like a great way to keep track of my food intake

Welcome aboard! I'm relatively new to this site myself, although not new to weight loss. It's a pretty great site with lots of information on food in the database. Makes a great tool for tracking your food (and water) intake as well as calorie out-take through exercise. Key words in this is, as always, Diet and Exercise. One or the other will lose you some weight, but both together will lose more and do it faster. It also helps that you can make friends here who can cheer you on and help you keep on track. I know it helps me even if it's just a "good job!" or "way to go!". You can add me as a friend if you want.0

Hi, well going to florida on December 27th this year so im looking to go from 22 st to around 16st by then so at least 6 stone i lost 2 in 3 weeks so on the right track0
