I created this yummy treat last night when a craving for chocolate and peanut butter hit me. I needed more calories and wanted SOME healthy stuff in there.

1 graham cracker broken in 1/2 to make the sandwich
1/2 banana sliced into somewhat thin slices
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp nestle mini morsels

Combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 10 seconds, stir and repeat until chocolate chips and PB melt together. Spread the melted PB and CC combo onto one 1/2 of a graham cracker. Layer the banana slices on top of the spread. Place the other 1/2 of the graham cracker on top and enjoy! I ate mine over the sink as it was quite messy but oh-so-good! You could do this open faced using only 1/2 a graham and save 35 calories that way!

I entered each ingredient in and came up with 179 calories for this treat that has protein, fiber, potassium and CHOCOLATE!

Sounds really yummy. We used to do this over camp fires and you would just pour it onto the banana and eat it. No crackers involved. However, the crackers sound like a nice addition.
