I lost a pet rock once. It was almost instantaneous.
A pet rock is a stone, and I succeeded. I'm sure you can, too.)

Absolutely! I have been averaging a stone a month. September is 10 weeks away. Only 1.4 lbs/week. Very possible! You just have to stay focused. Keep your eye on the goal.0

thank you guys! okay so 1.4lb a week....i am currently eating around 1,500 calories a day- and going on a run every other day. should i reduce my calorie intake to make it faster?
