Special K promote weight loss through the "drop a dress size" diet consisting of two of your three meals a day being a bowl of cereal. I go on holiday in three weeks and thought this would be a quick fix for losing those few extra pounds. I was wondering if there were any success stories from using this method? And whether it is worth giving a go.

Are you going to be eating 1000 calories of balanced nutrition in the third meal? If so, go for it.0

My current calorie goal on fitness pal is 1200 a day, I was still going to maintain that. 2 bowls of cereal is 350 calories which gives me 850 to play with for the rest of the day. No harm in trying eh!0

There is nothing special about Special K. It is just like other cereal with regards to calories. The ads are misleading as shows it is 125 calories per serving but that is without milk. Put milk in and add another 50 calories.0
