I know how important it is to watch your sodium intake, and I had ketchup today for the first time in months... it reminded me how much sodium is in it.

Is there such a thing as reduced sodium ketchup? =P

Yes, there is "lower" sodium ketchup. Or you can substitute and find condiments that have less sodium....usually some mustards and hot sauce, some bbq sauces. Just "sauce" shop til you find something you can live with
