Messy Weekend

Hey all,
So I graduated this past Friday and in celebration, definitely went food crazy this weekend. Friday night I binged on so much food. I keep thinking about how many calories I must have consumed this weekend and then I just feel super down, like I'm back to square one and have negated all of the work I've been doing for the past two months.
Need some words of wisdom/support/advice etc.

I've been in your shoes more times than I can, nor dare to, count. You will get through this! How did you do today? Were you better than your binge day? Think of the hard work you've done, know that this was a minor setback, and get back in the proverbial saddle tomorrow. You've worked hard for 2 months, so you know how and what to do. Are you ready to continue your journey to being a healthy weight? If so, start right now, try really hard to put the weekend behind you. It's done. It's over. You can't change it. However, you CAN change what you do about it from now on. (Oh, I must be channeling Dr. Phil here...sorry about that!) Best of luck!0

I forgot to add this--CONGRATULATIONS on your graduation!!! That's certainly reason to celebrate! Now it's time to buckle back down to being healthy once again.0
