day one for me:sad: but its worth it!
  • Just plain ol' calories counting and elliptical. I occasionally do pilates but I've been in a rut for about 2 mos and need something new. I hear alot of good things about 30 day shred and thinking of trying it.

I'm doing Slim in 6 and I'm loving it. I'm on my 4th day and I'm down 6 pounds already (I'm sure that was water weight, but I'll accept ANY way that it comes off)

I wish you the best. We have a support thread if you would like to join us. Here's the link

I really like the 30 Day Shred DVD. I use it when I am short on time and need a good hard workout. There are 3 workouts on the DVD and they are each about 26-28 minutes. I like to work out longer usually, but when I am not able to this is great to get in a good mix of strength, cardio and abs. If you don't mind a high intensity workout, I highly recommend it.

  • That's what I'm looking for is a high intensity short work out. I have 3 small children running around and really don't get enough time to just work out... Once my kids start school though (in years) I am going to devote 1-2 hours to the gym every morning.

Love it when I don't have much time. Or for a longer workout do level 1 and 2. Just skip the stretches.

I was looking at it too.
Is it the type of workout where you feel it the next day?
I need a lot of help with my abs.
And do you have to workout consecutive days?

Will keep an eye on this thread for more info.

I looked this program up earlier when I saw the previous post by Shakes. There are short clips of the video on Youtube that you can review before you buy it!
  • from what I have heard... It's pretty intense. There was one lady who said that she hurt so bad after 2 days that she couldn't continue... I'm looking forward to it.
I think I might order it from Walmart... they have site to store.
