looking for suggestions

im just looking for some suggestions on what exercises to try...what you all do, what you like, dont like, etc. im starting to get into an exercise rut. i sit at a desk for the most part of the day at my job, so any help or suggestions would be great!!

    i have three or four different walking routes so i don't really get bored walking...and they are of different lengths.

    i use an elliptical, altho, not too recently.

    i ride my bike.

    i am looking forward to my son being out of school so we can go hiking together.

    what do you do? maybe we can trade...

    I dont know what exercise you have been doing...I enjoy the eliptical, if you like the treadmill something different is to play with the incline....I do something I call climb the mountain...I jack the incline up to 20, put it on random setting at the incline goes from 7 to 15 while you are walking...for me it burns 1000 calories in 60 min. If you have an ipod changing the music helps me alot....if you have a gym membership going to some classes shakes things up for me.
