What are the things that you never thought you could give up but did?!

For me... salting my food, smoking, soda every day, and the fact that I was overweight my entire life, and have now kept the weight off for 5 years. Just every once in a while I think. Wow! I still can't believe I did these things when I used to feel like they were so impossible!

What are the things that you've changed that you weren't sure you could do?

    I can't believe I gave up my terrible eating habits. I used to have at least one soda every day, and I could eat 6-7 eggs for breakfast easily. I look back at myself when I was extremely unhealthy and feel nauseous. Thank goodness for change!
