New on here, lost about 8 lbs so far

Hi everyone!

I am new to the forum, but have been reading. I have been doing mfp about a month and lost around 8 lbs. I am supposed to eat 1200 cal a day... I am looking to lose 22 more lbs. goal weight is 118. I had a bad weekend regarding food and i was up a lb this morning :(. I am lookin for someone to look at my food diary and suggest what I can do different to lose weight quicker. Any suggestions are very helpful!!!!
