Pregnancy cals and workouts?

 DH and I have been TTC for 7 months. This month looks promising, and I was wondering how much I'll need to change things if, in fact, I am pregnant. (I can't test until morning.)
I've been doing some research and all I've found is that calorie intake needs to be upped approximately 300 cals/day during pregnancy. Right now I'm at 1520/day.
As for workouts, right now mine are pretty intense. 30-60 minutes of high intensity cardio at the gym in the morning, then 30-45 of Pilates, Zumba, HIIT, or weight training (or a combo) in the afternoon.
My goal is a happy & healthy pregnancy, not necessarily weight loss.
Anyone know the guidelines on fitness and pregnancy?
