carbs

hey peeps!!!!!!!!!!! i am just curious if and how many people out there have a problem with carbs...I have removed them from my diet and then i started adding them back and i feel horrible.... Some mornings i wake up and it almost feels like i have a hang over. So again here i am removing them .... If i do have them i try and make sure the majority of them are in the morning...I have decided to incorpoarte more protein in my diet but i have heard it can do damage to your liver does anyone have and advice on this or anyone going through the same thing

    You may want to have your doctor check you for diabetes or insulin resistance if you're having that big of a problem re-adapting. I know I was having blood sugar problems when I cut out the grains and I feel terrible the day after eating them. Rollercoaster ride of energy levels.
