Any Good Gluten-Free Recipes 300 calories or less?

The way I'm doing my diet, I'm trying to keep my dinners at around 300 calories or less. I don't mind repetition in my meals (I eat practically the same breakfast every day), so only two or three recipes is okay. It makes keeping the calories down easier, anyway. Unfortunately, I'm a Celiac that loves flavor. So combining the two factors to make something low-cal I can eat is tough. Anyone have any good recipes they've found? I just don't want a piece of chicken and random veggie every night anymore. I'll have more than enough of that when I'm back at college in the fall. o__O
