Sweet tooth without the sweets

So I have a major sweet tooth and idk how to satisfy it without eating something chocolatey or grabbing a scoop of peanut butter. And my sweet tooth hits me every night! I know it's ok to have a little something now and then but not every night. What should I do? Is there anything healthier I should substitute it with or should I fight it and not have anything at all?:ohwell:

Include a treat in your calorie count. If you're going just a bit over don't worry about it. If your sweet snack is taking you way over either reconsider that particular treat or up your exercise to compensate. But really, a small piece of dark chocolate, or a tablespoon of peanut butter, shouldn't throw you off by that much.

As many people here will tell you, you're going to have to come up a plan you can live with long term, and that's going to have to include some treats or you're likely to just give up on it eventually.
