Need ideas for office gym work out

Hey all,

My boss put a very small gym in at our office this week which is great. I plan on using it on the days I know I can't get to the gym I have a membership at.

I need ideas on a good 30 minute work out. The room is so small, so limited equipment.
We have:
Rowing Machine
Stationary Bike
Barbells
Skipping Ropes
Bosu Balls
Chin Up bar
Medicine Balls
3 sizes of step up tables
Stability Balls
Mats

So today I did a 5 min warm up on the rowing machine, then did a lot of squats/lunges with barbells, and a bit of balance work on the bosu ball.

I'll work out during my lunch, so I need to keep the entire work out to 30 minutes.

I'd love some ideas on quick effective work outs! I do go to my big gym, and also run 5-8km a few times a week, so the work gym is my "filler".
