So, we have this Essential Job Demands test that we take annually. I've lost about 30 pounds since last year's test.

This year my 1/4 mile run went from 2:35 to 1:56 (and I still had some left at the end). Also substantially faster on the other half of the test. Yay!

Next year, I'll be under 1:30. Just you watch.

Damn, what do you do that requires a fitness test at work?
I work in front of a computer all day so all I get is a free eye test, the results aren't quite as awesome as your run though

I work for the sheriff's office. We're required to pass minimal fitness standard every year. I was still passing at my"worst" but now I'm doing better.

More nsv, since I am sort of hung at 32 pounds down:

Two face pictures taken nine days ago and yesterday show a clear change in my face. I'm getting back the front part of my cheekbones. Lost another half inch on my waist, too.
