Hiya, I also want to lose 25lbs by October... but the rate you lose weight depends on how overweight you are to begin with, someone going from 300lbs to 275lbs can do it in 2 months....easy!! I think that 25lbs would get us to approx goal, right??? I'm judging by your photo...sorry if I'm wrong.
I'm into doing this the healthy way so if your into something extreme and crazy this won't be for you... the advice I will give you is to stay away from refined carbs, eat sensibly and often to encourage your metabolism, make sure you eat GOOD fats, nuts, seeds, avocado etc, eat protein rich food, chicken, tuna, nuts etc and exercise regularly, if possible for 45 mins to an hour everyday to increase muscle (which burns fat).
I previously lost 14lbs a month for 4 months a few years ago (when I was bigger) but I know that half of that is definitely achievable.
Good luck sweety0 -
The less you weigh the harder it will be to lose weight. That being said a 25lb weight loss in 3-4 months should not be a problem. Focus on portion control, eating lean meat, and no soda. Drink plenty of water and workout hard.0
