Just curious as to whether there are generally more apples or pears or hourglass or other shapes...
Me, I'm an apple. All of my body is pretty proportional except for my darn tummy.

My mom is a definite apple, my sister I dont know she has her weight all over. I thought I was an apple because my boobs, arms, and belly were much bigger than my butt and hips. Now that I'm loosing weight I seem to be shedding from my stomach and arms the fastest and mostly. My thighs haven't changed at all and my butt feels bigger, so maybe I'm a banana or something.0

hour glass.wide shoulders and wide hips. LOL0

I'm definitely a pear. I've lost what little bust I had, and only now, when I really shouldn't be losing any more weight, have I finally lost two inches off of my hips. 33-25-38. o.O I my honkeytonk badonkadonk though.0

Definitely an apple. Even when I was very underweight, I still had a fat belly.0

What are your measurements? From your picture, you look like a "banana" aka straight up and down. Measurements are fairly similar, though your build is often slim and tom-boyish. It's a good build to have too, because you look athletic.0 -
Not sure - busty pear?0

I'm a pear, about an inch or two off in the bust from being classified as an hour glass.. So when I'm done I plan on having pretty rockin curves0

With the amount of weight I'm carrying, I'm very pear-shaped. When I have been more fit, I have been closer to an hourglass shape. My shoulders are still fairly wide, compared to other straight-up pears that I have known. My bust is a bit small, proportionally speaking, to my behind. So yeah, somewhere between a pear and an hourglass, barring the extra weight. Or, as I like to call it: a Powerglass!0

I'm an inverted triangle. I'm large in the chest and narrow in the hips. I hold more of my weight above the waist...0

I'm a small (read: less defined) pear, according to a body shape calculator.
Bust: 34"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 37"0 -

I ran it through a body shape calculator to be sure, but it looks like you're an hourglass.0 -

Pear for sure!!! It's genetic- my mother, myself and two of my sisters ALL have the exact same shape. At least we've got "good birthing hips" is what we always joke about... :-)0

I'm an hourglass with a pillow tide in front. Always had a waist now the big pouch in front out measures the boobs.0
-
Hourglass - always was even when I was fat.0

Hourglass. I've got super broad shoulders and wide hips so they balance each other out! Ha!
My waist goes in quite a bit, almost unnaturally which looks funny when my tummy sticks out so far. My waist is 30" when my tummy is 37 to 38". Hips are like 40inches, shoulders about the same. I try to hide how far my waist goes in just so my tummy doesn't look so fat. =(0 -
Natural hourglass both when i was slender and fit and now that i'm fit i'm still an hourglass. As i lose weight i'm still maintaining almost the same ratio lol0
