LARDASS1969

That's what I thought when I stepped on the scale to see how much I weighed so I could start the program. I know my screen name may get me in trouble but hey thats what I feel like and what I see in the mirror.
I have NEVER weighed this much EVER. It's completely out of control. So, with the help of this App I hope to reverse this and become more healthy. I'm a nurse and should know better.

I so understand. The scale was teetering dangerously close to 200 (I'm only 5' 2") and that was it for me. I figure whatever it takes to shake us out of our denial and get to work is great. If calling yourself a lardass is that you need, then go for it. FWIW, I've found this app to be a great tool; it's made the change in eating habits surprisingly easy so far.
Best of luck and hope you're successful!0 -
You shouldn't be so hard on your self! We're mostly in the same boat here, so we know how you feel0
