I am losing the weight like I want too but I'm having troubles losing the "tire" around my belly area! I dunno if I'll ever get rid of it, cuz it seems like its gonna be there forever but I'm hoping not. Can anyone give me exercise suggestions that you do for your abdomen?
i also have the love handles that I really want to work on to get rid off as I work towards my final weight goal.
Thanks a bunches for your help. :)

You can't spot burn fat. Anywhere you've got a lot of fat will take longer to get rid of, typically round the abdomen, waist and glutes. Just keep up the good work and it will go eventually. If you need proof get the tape measure out and track your measurements as well as your weight, you'll see progress.

It's unfortunate that we CAN'T spot train - wouldn't that make life so much easier?

Keep doing the total-body workouts that incorporate cardio and strength training. I'm a big fan of Jillian Michaels DVD's. She really rips on your entire core.

    Good luck!

Running really flattens the tummy. Get yourself a C25K and some good shoes.

Thanks for the suggestions! I greatly appreciate it. I am willing to try any exercise to workout on those areas.

Patience is a virtue. Keep at a calorie deficit and do strength training regularly along with light cardio, and eventually you will see the results you want.

Well put. I have an abs routine you can do at home. If you want it it's yours.
