Commitment to exercise

I have been struggling with consistent weight loss so I am committing myself more to exercise. I have been alternating resistance band training with Nike Training Club workouts. Let's do it!

    Good for you! Don't be like me and get bored and just quit. Have different options readily available so you can change up your routine at a moment's notice. And schedule in your exercise time instead of waiting to "find" time. No excuses! You can do this!
