31 Day Challenge!

Hi there,

I have 31 days to my holidays. Has anybody got any fool proof plans?

I am 64.5kg (142 pounds) and 5 foot 4. (163cm) I would like to tone up and maybe ideally (in the end) about 120 pounds.

But for now I need a quick 1 month kick start : (

Any ideas everyone?
