So I hit my goal of 210 lbs but I think I will change that and go for 200 lbs . I do have a large frame and don't want to look to small

I started this because of a weight loss challenge with some friends that ends this weekend
hopefully I win the $500 but if not I still won for myself. Also my wife thought I was crazy
Because she was 3 months pregnant when I started lots of temptation but just kept it in moderation

    That's awesome man! 33" waist at 208lbs........freakin' awesome.

    I feel you, I'm 6'3" and am debating going all the way to 195. I think I'd go into maintenance mode if I were you and continue to lean.

    WOW! The mirror tells it all...you look great and losing 10 more pounds might be pushing it... you can try that, but if you *feel* better at 210, maintain there! YOu have made an amazing transformation!!
