When & What to eat before the Gym (Jogging or Weights)

Hi Pals,

I usually have a Jacket potato before I go to the gym.

When should I be having it?

At the moment I try to have it 3 hours before going to give me plenty of energy for the C25K (or a a weights session)

    I eat an hour and a half before training.
    A full balanced meal: lean meats, whole grains, nuts, fruits and veggies.
    And minutes before I begin, I drink 8 oz of juice.

    And right after training?
    I eat a full meal again....:drinker:

    I exercise 1st thing and eat after. I drink plenty of water during. I learned the hard way about staying hydrated. Almost passed out.:drinker:
