Sleep...

So I have increased my exercise the past 3 days and was dead tired last night. I fell asleep at 9:30pm and by 2:30 I was awake. It took me 45 minutes to get to sleep and then was up at 4, 5, and 6. (usually go to bed around 11:30 or 12:00 and get up around 6am - maybe waking up twice to pee).

Is this because of the change in routine? or achy joints? will this go away?

Not really sure! But I haven't walked in about a month and half and I walked a mile and half last night and I tossed and turned all night and had bean dreams so I am right there in the same boat with you! I told my usband I didn't know what the problem was. Maybe it is the incresed heart rate and blood flow that gets you restless.

I had bad dreams too. Glad I am not alone with this.

yep i def believe it has something to do with upping the exercise. i guess extra blood flow to the brain causes the vivid dreams. needless to say it was frustrating and i kept waking up and think i was glad it was just a dream and i woke up like you all the time!

I don't know. I'm the opposite. If I don't exercise at night, it takes me forever to fall asleep and it's a very light sleep at that.
