I really need more motivation. I've just started back at the gym and I'm really loving it (the new Virgin at Aldersgate is fantastic) but could do with some encouragement, or better still, a gym buddy! Not to train with, but simply to make me feel bad when I wimp out and don't go...?

My local club is Aldersgate, but I regularly use Barbican as well during the week, and Hemel Hempstead is my nearest club to home.
