Weight is just a number

I do so well during the week.....the weekends sabbotage my weight loss....alcohol and snacks are a killer for me....I have been able to maintain my weight for a year with fluctuations....I am about 7-10lbs heavier than I want to be.....I run 5km+ about 3-4 times a week.....at the end of the day, I think over all health is more important than the numbers on the scale...I think it has taken me half my life to figure this out.....:)
