The final stretch: How???

I am so close...but haven't been able to lose any weight for months. I go up and down with the same 3 pounds and have 5-10 more pounds to lose.

How did you lose those last few pounds and get tone??? I am looking for solid tips. I have been drinking more water, doing more cardio, taking a multi vitamin, eating pretty darn clean....now what??? I lift some weight but not a ton...should I be lifting a lot more?


Please help. I really want to lose those "vanity pounds" as some call them! Lol

    Girl, I'm in the same boat. I just tried to look at your diary but didn't see anything :( I know you said you're drinking a lot more water. How much is more? And do you keep track of sodium? I know you've been doing a lot of working out and eating clean. But maybe there is something you're missing. I know my scale doesn't budge when I lose track of my sodium and water intake. When that gets on track I drop something like 2 pounds. I've been teetering in my last 5 for months now. When I checked myself on water and sodium, I weighed in at only 2.3 pounds away from my goal. Then the weekend happened. I don't watch those nearly as closely over the weekend and sure enough, I weighed in back to 5 more pounds. But I do notice a lot in my clothing. Do you notice a difference? Anyway, you've come this far. I have not doubt you'll be able to drop those vanity pounds. Stay focused and kill 'em!
