Who has heard of Kathy Smith, how do you like her tapes?

I have been doing Kathy Smith literally off and on since I was in the 6th grade, I"m now 42. They have helped everytime I buckled down and decided to get fit. What are your stories about Kathy Smith? Which tapes are your favorite of hers? Is there anyone else out there who you would compare her to?

    We're in the same age range. I looooove Kathy Smith. She's 60 and looks amazing. I recently saw a special of hers on PBS and she was talking about how all women should engage in strength training. Very positive role model for women of all ages. I've never done her workouts but they all seem top-notch. She definitely not only talks the talk, but walks the walk.

    I loved her tapes in college and still have maybe one DVD - its lower and upper body with light weights (can't recall the name).
    She was great. I loved her legs - she had (probably still has) awesome definition I would love to develop.

    Maybe I should pull her DVD out and try it again!
