Hey is anybody doing RFL? I'm starting my second round just wondering if anybody could take a look at my macros and see if it's about right?

Have many people experienced much success of RFL? Long term success also?

Why do you feel you need such an extreme diet. Ive used it to cut some water weight for a competition. Was hell on earth. Why cant you follow Lyle's guide to flexible dieting?

I've done a cycle of RFL. Not worth the trouble IMO unless you're under 15% (cat 1).

Is that all you will eat today? 600 cals is way way to low imo

I did under 10 fat under 30 carbs and around 1300-1400 cals

OP, cals are too low. Bump them to 800 at minimum.
  • Thanks You all for replies. Yes that is all I will eat and I won't feel hungry. I function fine on around 700kcal and Lyle states that on RFL you're going to be looking at about 400-800 calories per day im just trying to do it right. And the reason im doing it is because I want fast fat loss.

Well as long as you follow the workout plan and do nothing extra have fun. Do not do extra workouts on this plan.
