What should I set my macros to?

Stupid question (maybe), but what should I set my macros at?

I am 4'11" and currently weigh 128. I am looking to get down to about 110 (or whatever it takes to lose the back fat/mommy belly). I am also wanting to build lean muscle mass. I am doing cardio and the 30 DS currently as exercise. I tried the search function and google but I am not finding much (it doesn't help that my 1 year old is trying to "help" me, haha)

Please help a girl out.
