Hamburger helper???????????

Hello,
Made HH last night and was checking out the nutrition facts. When it says prepared is that including the hamburger?

    I don't know. But does it specify what kind of beef to use? If it doesn't I would assume you need to calculate the beef separately.

    Hamburger helper is horrible for you. the sodium content is ridiculous. you can easily make those same recipes much healthier and often cost less too :)

    I believe it does include the ground beef.

    I don't believe it does. I used to make these all the time but eventually decided I needed something healthier. If you are like us on the go all the time, look in the freezer section for skillet, crock pot, etc. meals. We have enjoyed those much more.
