Treadmill Workouts!

I love running! I'm fairly new at it though and I was wondering if anyone had some good tips/treadmill workouts they could share! Thanks so much :)

    Twice a week I like to do HIIT on the treadmill. It is supposed to be amazing for burning calories, and it is really helping me with my endurance and speed. Plus, it gets boring just straight running all of the time, so I like to change it a little. On my treadmill at the gym, there is a "Personal Trainer" selection and they have multiple programs, i.e. 5K. 10K, etc. and it automatically changes the inclines throughout. This helps me prepare for outside running too!
