Hello,

I used the MyFitnessPal App from August 2011-January 2012 and lost almost 15 pounds just by making myself accountable for my calories (and stress from grad school probably had something to do with it!) I let it ride for the rest of the winter but only gained back 2 pounds or so. I'm still good to lose another 10 or 15. I'm counting calories again and I've added 60 minute fitness classes 3 days a week, which will be a mix of cardio/strength/pilates/yoga. I got a job in a school, so apart from 2 weeks of ESY programming in July I'm off for the summer- looks like a perfect storm of getting skinny again!
