Clean Zucchini

Anyone else have a hard time cleaning zucchini. I scrub them and rinse them, but still eat dirt. Anyone else have the same problem? Any ideas?

    wow i've never tasted dirt in mine.

    try peeling it?

    this is confusing me because there really isn't anywhere for the dirt to cling to! haha. wash harder, maybe use a brush?
