Today I gathered up my courage, took off the walking boot... and walked.
See, I've been in the walking boot for most of the last year. I was in the boot from August till Surgery in October... then a cast, then the boot until JANUARY........Then surgery again in April and I've been in the boot since then.
Today I took the boot off and started physical therapy. I'm not allowed out of the house yet, but this is the first STEP in getting back to the exercise I love so much.
