Is it enough just to watch calorie intake?

So, is it enough? If I just watch my calorie intake and not anything else?
I mean, doing the daily walks, excercise, strength training, but not worry about all the other stuff, like fat, fiber, sugar etc.

Ultimately (assuming no underlying metabolic disorders) it's all about calories in respect to weight loss. There are other reasons (overall good health, adequately fueling exercise etc) that make monitoring your macros worthwhile.0
