Im 200, 5'8 and i want to lose weight for PROM . Help?
Im trying this as a diet:
Slimfast 321 shake for breakfast.
anything healthy for lunch, low in fat .
Dinnere, special k with strawberrys .
snacks:
protein bar, slimfast shake with 1/2 the powder, fruits
ONLY WATER,
1 cheat day/week
Trying to do zumba 3x a week, running at least 2x at night . situups & basic stuff .
