Just wanted to stop in and say Hello,
I have been using MFP along with my ftibit for about a month,
I started out at 364 Lbs and am down to 340 and still losing,
for working out I have several things that I do
I of course walk, I like to go to the mall or walmart, places like that so that I have a purpose and can take my mind off just walking.
I use my stationary Bike at least 20 Mins a day every day using he built in programs and I have started using the xbox and connect with the following games
UFC trainer, Active2 from EA Sports and Your Shape Fitness trainer evolved 2012,
I cant do the higher level workouts yet but Im getting closer. My Short term Goal is 325, and then down in increments of 25 Lbs till I I hit 225, the charts say I should be 160 but that is non realistic, I am comfortable at 225 as I have been around that weight most of my teen and adult life.
Well thats me, I will post more in the future as I progress or heaven forbid digress
