It's been harder to exercise lately...?

Hi everyone. I live in Wisconsin and it's really hot and humid over here right now. I'm not sure if it's the weather, but does this humidity and heat make it harder for any of you to exercise (If you have the same weather I do) ? I used to be able to run for up to an hour straight on a treadmill, and now it's hard running for even 15 minutes. We don't have a dehumidifier or Air Conditioning (It's horrible) but does this have anything to do with my performance in exercise? And what exercises should I try to do now that running for a long period of time is out of the question (I worked more on running endurance than strength) ?

Heat definitely makes it harder for me to go the distance when I run, even though ours is a dry heat. I think humidity would kill me.

Can you do workouts at home or at a gym? I do my home workouts early in the morning before the heat really sets in, with the ceiling fan and another fan pointed at me.

Well my home gym is in my basement, but it still doesn't help that's it's colder down there. I have no access to a gym somewhere else. It's kind of a problem since this limits what I can do, since my energy is drained a lot more easily. I did run at noon last time though, so maybe I'll try in the morning. Thank you.
