Masking Tape is my new friend!

I've been struggling with drinking all my water this week for some reason (it's been a busy week and I just haven't had it at the forefront of my mind like I usually do....) :grumble:

I found a trick to easily keep track of my water. I have a favorite water glass - it's 18 oz. (allows for a few pieces of ice :drinker: ) I've been sticking a small piece of masking tape; each time I fill my glass, I put a little "tick" mark. When I get to 4, I know I've had my minimum for the day. It's easy to write on with pen or pencil.... even when it's "sweaty" from the ice in the cup. :wink:

Thought I'd share my wierd idea.... it's helping me! :drinker:

    NICE!!! Great idea!!!

    I do the same thing only I put a hair thing on my wrist every time I fill my 20 oz bottle up!

    By the end of the work day I put up my hair with all 4 bands!

    I have a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle at work that I fill up once before lunch and again after lunch.
    Then I drink another 32 oz. bottle of water if I go to the gym.

    My ex works for a company that sells water and he gives me cases. I try to drink 4 16.9 oz bottles of it a day. I'm working on number 2 right now, I'm so behind!
