Whats the point of spending time putting all of my strength training exercises into my daily log if it doesnt count calories or seem to do anything besides tell me what I did (which I obviously already know)?

There is a strength training entry in the cardio database. I log the individual exercises in the strength section and then log the total time in the cardio section to count the cals
