Spin Class, How many calories will I burn?

I really like to know how many calories I burn, but I don't know how to find out. I like to be able to log how many calories i burn.
I'm 5'5" and 173 pounds. Thank you for any insight!

I am 5'5" and 152 lbs and I burn about 400-450 for an hour of Spin class.

It will depend a lot on your fitness level and how hard you are working, but I weigh a bit more than you and burned 660 in 60 minutes in my first spin class on Monday. I'd say estimate 9-11 calories per minute, based on your perceived exertion.

Today I burned 440 in 40 minutes of spin class...and was drenched in sweat!!
